JC. Stamps for playing card 1900-1963

The stamps were affixed to the wrapper of the deck for payment of the duty on playing card. In the beginning the stamps were affixed and cancelled by the customs administration (1900-1949), later the stamps were affixed by the importer or manufacturer without cancelling (1949-1963).
